Altus Analytics LLC ("we"), a Delaware limited liability company, operates altusanalytics.io. This page explains what data we collect, why, and what we do with it. The short version: very little, only what you give us, and we never sell it.
What we collect
Waitlist. If you join the journal waitlist, we store your email address in our database so we can notify you when the product launches. We may send a confirmation email when you sign up.
Feedback. If you submit a bug report or feature request, your message (and optionally the page you sent it from) is delivered to us by email. It is not stored in a database.
Consulting inquiries. If you submit the consulting intake form, the details you provide (such as name, email, company, and project description) are delivered to us by email so we can respond. They are not stored in a database.
Technical basics. Our hosting provider processes standard server logs (such as IP addresses) to operate the site. Your theme preference (light or dark) is stored in your own browser and is never sent to us.
What we do not do
We do not run ads. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing. We do not use tracking cookies. We do not collect data beyond what is described above.
Services we rely on
Like most websites, we use a small number of service providers to operate: Vercel (hosting), Cloudflare (DNS and network), Supabase (database, for the waitlist), and Resend (email delivery). Each processes data only as needed to provide their service to us.
How long we keep data
Waitlist emails are kept until the launch notification is sent. Emails we receive (feedback and consulting inquiries) are kept as ordinary business correspondence.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date above.
